Our Services

CommercialEstimating provides construction estimating and quantity takeoff services. Our services include:

  • Commercial construction project takeoffs
  • Detailed material and labor estimates
  • Bid support for contractors and construction professionals

Turnaround and Project Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 8-24 hours after project approval and payment.
  • Complex or large-scale projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other secure online methods.
  • Payment is due upon approval of your project quote.
  • Refunds are available only if a project is canceled within 2 hours of payment. After that, work begins and no refunds are issued.

All payment information is securely processed, and Commercial Estimating does not store sensitive financial data.

Client Responsibilities

To provide accurate estimates, clients must supply:

  • Complete and accurate project plans and specifications
  • Any additional documentation or information requested
  • Timely responses to questions or clarification requests

Commercial Estimating is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect project information.

Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

  • Estimates are designed as guidelines, not final pricing.
  • While we use reliable industry sources for material and labor costs, prices may fluctuate due to vendors, regions, and market conditions.
  • Commercial Estimating is not liable for bid deadlines missed, cost overruns, or any losses resulting from estimate use.
  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.

Intellectual Property

  • All takeoffs and estimates created by Commercial Estimating remain our proprietary work.
  • Clients retain ownership of project data submitted to us.
  • Users may not copy, sell, or redistribute any part of our reports or content without explicit permission.

Termination

Commercial Estimating may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are overdue
  • Activities are unlawful or harmful to the website or other users

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Commercial Estimating operates. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts.
